Henrik Louw Møller's research and professional focus lie in healthcare operations and management, particularly in the optimization of logistics and supply chain processes within hospital settings. His work emphasizes improving efficiency and effectiveness in healthcare delivery through strategic planning, resource allocation, and process innovation. Additionally, he is interested in implementing change management strategies to enhance operational workflows, patient outcomes, and overall organizational performance in healthcare institutions.

The primary role of the Service Center is to support the clinical departments by delivering the agreed-upon services on time and at the expected quality. We take pride in being a professional, open, and welcoming partner. Our goal is to be at the forefront of quality, innovation, and efficiency—without compromising employee well-being. The Service Center is organized into six areas, each providing distinct services at Rigshospitalet. These include cleaning, internal transportation, food and beverage services, internal supply chain management, sterilization of surgical instruments, and patient hotel facilities.
