About Sine Reker Hadrup: Sine Reker Hadrup is a Professor and Head of the Section for Experimental and Translational Immunology at the Department of Health Technology, DTU. She focuses on the role of T-cells in cancer immunotherapy, emphasizing neoantigen discovery, personalized cancer vaccines, and T-cell receptor (TCR) engineering. Her research contributes to understanding immune responses to tumors, developing predictive biomarkers for immunotherapy, and designing therapies like personalized vaccines targeting neoantigens. She has been instrumental in advancing experimental models for T-cell-based cancer treatments, including adoptive T-cell therapy and immune checkpoint inhibition.
