Agreements in TUH (between DTU and the Capital Region of Denmark)

 

Confidentiality Agreement

The confidentiality agreement can be used when it is necessary to agree that confidential information about a proposed or upcoming collaboration is not disclosed during preliminary discussions.

Collaboration Agreement

If you collaborate on a research or innovation project, you must use the collaboration agreement, which regulates, among other things, rights and should reflect the division of work in the specific research or innovation project.

Co-ownership Agreement

If your collaboration results in inventions or new technologies, it is necessary that ownership and the process for, among other things, patenting and commercialisation are defined in a co-ownership agreement.

 

Data Protection Agreements

When you send or exchange data, you may need a data processing agreement. This agreement is used when one party processes data on behalf of and under instruction from the other party. 

When you have jointly decided the purpose and resources of the research project, you will often need an agreement on joint data responsibility.
