Region H reuse storage

How to borrow equipment from the reuse storage in Region H:

The reuse depot holds a variable stock of a wide range of medical equipment. The inventory is not indexed, but through the procedure described below, it is relatively easy to investigate whether the depot can provide relevant medical equipment for a project.

The contact persons serve as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the collaboration with the reuse depot under the TUH framework.

Procedures:

In connection with your request for relevant equipment, we kindly ask you to send a photo and a description of the requested item to the SPOC.

The SPOC will then follow up with an expected date for clarification on whether the equipment can be obtained from the reuse depot. Please note that it may take 1 to 1½ months from the initial request to confirmation of whether the item is available in the depot.

If the requested equipment is available, the SPOC will get back to you to arrange delivery (including whether you or the SPOC will arrange transport). The recipient of the equipment is responsible for covering the transport costs and registering the item in EIS.
